Cedric and Yvette McNeal’s prenuptial agreement
This my Festvillians is perhaps one of the sweetest prenuptial agreements I have ever seen. This was filed in Jefferson County court in September 2006 by Cedric and Yvette McNeal who reside in Birmingham, AL (actually Centerpoint).
This 7 page agreement is full of sweetness. I’ll give you the highlights from each page just as they are written (no spelling corrections). I highly recommend that you download the PDF file at the bottom to read each of the parts of the agreement. And as for the Roman Numerals - those are Yvette’s version, not mine.

Yvette McNeal agree to the following.
I. I agree to only clean our home 2601 5th NE B’ham, Ala 35215 in a manner thats is acceptable to Cedric McNeal
II. I Yvette McNeal agree that the Ford Exploer belong to Cedric McNeal and I will keep it clean all the time and that the driver of it will be Cedric McNeal at all time.
III. I Yvette McNeal agree to only work at Jobs that Cedric McNeal approval of at all time.

IIII. I Yvette McNeal agree to attend Church with my husband at New Beginning Covenant House at his discretion.
V. I Yvette McNeal agree to conduct myself in a manner fitting a minister wife.

VI. I Yvette McNeal agree that I will not communicate with none of my past assciate as of right now.

VII. I Yvette McNeal agree to contribute all wages, gift, donation, contribution and the like to my husband, Cedric McNeal to be distributes he see fit.
VIIII. I Yvette McNeal agree not to communicate with any of my husband phyicians and not to go to any courts and try to get him commit to any hospital about his mental capacity my husband name is Cedric McNeal.

XVIII. I Yvette McNeal agree that I will resign from Trinity hospital and also resign from Princeton Baptist hostipal forever. And that I will never work in the Baptist Health System also never work any shift nights and that I will be content being a house wife.
XVIIII. I Yvette McNeal agree to stop telling Lies to my husband Cedric McNeal and will be honest with him always.

XXIII. I Yvette McNeal agree not to involved my self in any devil worship or any of the occult.
XXIIII. I Yvette McNeal agree no to use the internet for any communication or for any affairs period. Without my husband Cedric McNeal permission.
XXV. I Yvette McNeal agree not to go to any Night club or participate in any activity that could be interpreted as strip dancing or behaivor that could be interpred as prostition. My husband Cedric McNeal shall determine what is and what is not strip dancing or prostition.

XXVII. I Yvette McNeal agree to not use Foul Filthy Lanuage or any type of Profanity when speaking or talking to my husband Cedric McNeal ever again.

This was great, I just wish I had gotten Sarah to sign something like that.
Here are my favorite parts;
-the contract was also a contract of salvation.
-agape love was used
-Cedric is not a minister, but he wants his wife to live like he was one.
-is hell different from the lake of fire?
-Evidently the 10 Comm. And Jesus’ Comm. are outside of what we consider the Bible.
-why was the address used so much?
-who is Rafael and Gabrielle?
-she has abused Cedric in the past
-That was the best $19.50 this couple ever spend.

answer: rafael and gabrielle green are her other two children (hopefully twins) who don’t get to live with their mom and stepdad because they don’t act as well as the other child, or because she’s not working anymore and he may or may not be a pastor so they dont have enough money to raise the twins.

Oh, I see lol. That informations is dated. Very dated. I happen to live in Center Point. Trust me. 90% might be a bit high, but I really don’t think it would be by much. Possibly in the very northeastern and eastern sections would the percentages be a good bit lower where Center Point borders a couple of other communities. But this is neither here nor there.

There is nothing great about the prenuptial. It sounds like Yvette McNeal is in a controlling and abusive relationship with her husband. I am afraid for her. This is not love, this is CONTROL.

I telephoned her after using the reversed address look-up and she said that she knew about the document and that it wasn’t real. Sorry, I don’t believe her.
Either she is too embarrassed to say that it is hers or a very close vindictive person is haunting her!

Let’s be fair to Yvette - she didn’t write this. It’s Cedric’s Roman numerals, not Yvette’s, and Cedric’s spelling. Yvette wasn’t very smart if she signed it - unless, as I suspect, it was under duress, but Cedric is no mental giant either.
flee, it doesn’t sound to me as though she abused Cedric. Most abusers’ first defense is to claim THEY are the victims. It looks like she has called the cops on him before and perhaps his doctors, and questioned his mental stability (for good cause, apparently) but it’s more likely that Cedric is just an abusive, paranoid, controlling freak.
I hope you’re kidding about “Sarah” and “the best $19.50 this couple ever spend”[sic].

This is stupid! Why in the hell would anybody in their right mind sign a document like this. This man must really be ALL THAT! We know what he expects of her….and that’s to give up her complete life for him. Now, what is going to give up for her. It seems that he is asking this woman to give way over a 100%. It seems that all he’s going to be doing is taking.
Minister or not, he is just another man who put his legs in his pants one leg at a time. He is not God as he seems to think he is.
This woman must have low self esteem because she should never (if she did) sign anything as demanding and unrealistic as this document.

WHAT THE HELL IS AMERICA COMING TO? THE ONLY WAY I’D EVERY AGREE TO SOME BULL LIKE THIS IS TO HAVE HIS NAME ON THE DOCUMENT. AS WELL. A MARRIAGE IS SUPPOSE TO BE 50/50 NOT ONESIDED. I SORRY YVETTE, BUT YOU NEED YOUR HEAD EXAMINED. ONE EXCEPETION. IF IT IS FOR RELIGIOUS REASONS. Although this may have been signed under duress, the couple may be in a Dominant/submissive relationship. If that is so, then most likely she has entered into this of her own free will.
Many people lead lives that a very different to us, thats just the world we live in.
Although I do NOT agree with this and would never do it myself, I hope Yvette has a happy life.
If she reads this (which I doubt seeing as her husband wont let her) and she wants to get out of the relationship, DO IT!!! Get out if your not happy.

I kind of think its great, I would like to use it as a template and change Cedric and Yvett’s name and put in mine and my wife and have her sign it. This Cedridc guy is a genius.

For you people who think this is cool, and also for those who don’t understand let me explain. As someone who has been in a controlling relationship hellish nightmare that is where this woman is. She repeats her adress over and over as well as other insinuating remarks almost in a “read between the lines and help me” letter. Some one help her for crying out loud. Also for the idiot that said she sighned it willingly and some people live differently blah bla, she obviously has tried to get out by calling law enforcement and mental hospitals. Also for the one who said “DO IT!!! get out if your not happy, well let me tell you with an abuser it just doesn’t work that way, They will kill you, hurt you destroy your property or worse, your children. It is a war with many battles, you may lose the battles but you just keep trying to plan the next evasive manuever so that at some point, some day, you might win the war. It took me 8 years.

Yvette and Cedric has been sweethearts since the age of 12-13. I also believe, she was indeed crying out for help with the repeated use of her address
“Someone help me please.” The sad case now is Cedric has been charged with attempted murder, in January 2008 and is locked up in a prison mental facility. My heart goes out to the family, a beautiful family that has been totured by a mad ill husband and father. God Bless this family and keep them safe. I hope that the family will seek professional help.

Cedric is a loving compassionate minister who is only looking out for his wife. He jusy want to be sure his spouse does not committ him to a mental facility, get him arrested, strick him, engage in prostition, or strip dancing(to be determined by cedric). As my dear friend stated after reading this document, The world would be a better place if we had more Cedric McNeals.
