Does the $19.98 include the wig featured in the picture? If the product demonstrator is afraid to use it on her real hair, I don’t think I can trust it. Notice that the advert states “perfect, at home hair color”. In other words, you can get the quality of a do-it-yourself job…at home! e.g. do-it-yourself tattoo guns and LASIK eye surgery.
